in some instruments it doesnt show on the daily chart for some reason! like dow jones indice! as for the weekly chart the indicator doesnt show the patterns at all

Look at my image, why pattern formed by more than a three bars (or are they two different ones just side by side)?

After looking at this i have not seen this before. My guess is it is because as you have said the 2 formations are side by side so it appears as a mismatch?

Yes, according to the pop-up tip, these are 2 different formations.
