I think that in this case there was a broker or terminal error.
The EA can open additional orders in the direction of the opened position with the same lot size. Additional orders are opened
only if the EA receives one more signal to open a position in the same direction after it has opened a position,
and if the drawdown of the open position has exceeded the amount specified in the Drawdown Percent parameter.
That is, two conditions must be fulfilled for the opening of additional order.
I think that in this case there was a broker or terminal error.

Balance = $10000;
Lot Percent = 6;
Add Order = 2;
Drawdown Percent = 3.
Открылась позиция, например, buy с размером лота = 0.6.
Если в какой-то момент просадка по этой позиции достигла Drawdown Percent, т. е. не менее 3% от баланса, или не менее $300, и произошло повторное пересечение Fast DEMA с Slow DEMA
в том же направлении, что и при открытии предыдущей позиции, то открывается 1-й дополнительный ордер buy с тем же размером лота и усредняется с уже открытой позицией.
Если просадка и дальше продолжает увеличиваться и достигает удвоенного значения Drawdown Percent, т. е. не менее 6% от баланса, или не менее $600, и произошло повторное пересечение
Fast DEMA с Slow DEMA в том же направлении, что и при открытии предыдущей позиции, то открывается 2-й дополнительный ордер buy с тем же размером лота и усредняется
с уже открытой (ранее усредненной) позицией и т. д. (если Add Order > 2).
Если в дальнейшем просадка увеличится и произойдет повторное пересечение Fast DEMA с Slow DEMA в том же направлении, что и при открытии предыдущей позиции,
то больше дополнительных ордеров не откроется, так как уже выполнено условие количества дополнительных ордеров = 2, т. е. 3-й, 4-й и следующие дополнительные ордера не откроются.
Разумеется, то же самое для sell.
