Are you trying to install from "Purchased" tab in the "Market" area? Are you receiving any message on "Experts" or "Journal" tabs?

Fiz a compra da ferramenta, mas não estou conseguindo instalar no MT5. O Produto aparece em compras no MT com a mensagem de que foi pago mais ainda não foi feito o download. Clicko em instalar e nada acontece.

Can you attach the chart pen to the chart successfully? Does the tool bar visible? Any message into "Experts" tab?

Fiz a compra da ferramenta, mas não estou conseguindo instalar no MT5. O Produto aparece em compras no MT com a mensagem de que foi pago mais ainda não foi feito o download. Clicko em instalar e nada acontece.
2) Na área "Navegador", ir em "Mercado" e na sub-opção "Minhas compras"
3) Vai aparecer todos os aplicativos gratuitos e pagos adquiridos no mql5.com
4) Para instalar, basta clicar no botão "Instalar", disponível ao lado de cada aplicativo
5) Após a instalação, o aplicativo fica disponível em no Navegador, dentro de "Indicadores", na sub-opção "Market"

Are you using any other indicator? Try to keep only chart pen on the chart.
can you make it work when other indicators are on the chart to. I just purchased it and i am having the same issue. Everything deletes right after drawing on the chart
This is exactly what I need and works great!
Only one little thing is that the chart scale on the right disappears when in drawing mode. Other than that perfect and performs well.
Gets rid of my need for tradingview!
