Imperator Furiosa identifies potential liquidity areas around confirmed swing highs and lows, combines them with ATR-based trend context, and places broker-side Buy Stop or Sell Stop orders when its entry conditions and directional filter agree.
Version 1.50 combines 15 individually switchable strategy modules in one MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor. Each module has its own signal settings and exit configuration, while shared portfolio controls manage position sizing and overall exposure.
How the strategy works
- Identify the level: Confirmed pivots on closed candles define potential entry levels. Each module applies its own pivot strength, trend settings and level-selection rules.
- Check market direction: The Citadel Gate evaluates market conditions across multiple timeframes and refreshes its BUY, SELL or NEUTRAL permission hourly. New orders must match the permitted direction.
- Place the pending order: When the entry conditions are satisfied, the EA places a broker-side Buy Stop or Sell Stop order, subject to trading-window, execution and portfolio checks. A configurable spread limit is available.
- Manage the position: Each position retains its module-specific stop loss and take profit. Selected modules also use trailing stops. Pending orders expire at the gate’s hourly boundary.

All 15 modules are enabled by default. Each module can be switched off individually to prevent new entries while its existing positions remain managed.
The modules use predefined internal signal timeframes. Changing the chart timeframe does not change the underlying strategy.
Module-specific exit management
Every module has its own protective stop and profit target. An opposing pivot can tighten the initial stop loss.
Trailing stops are enabled only for selected modules. Where active, trailing uses a predefined trigger, first stop advance and subsequent stepwise adjustments.
Existing positions retain their own exit rules when the Citadel Gate changes direction. Stop execution remains subject to market conditions, available liquidity and broker execution.
Position sizing and exposure controls
- Fixed-lot sizing: default 0.01 lot per module.
- Equity-based sizing: adjusts trade volume as account equity changes.
- Concurrent-module limit: restricts the number of modules with open positions or pending reservations.
- Volume limits: configurable maximum volume per position and total exposure.
- Individual module switches: choose which modules may open new trades.
- Optional spread filter: restrict new entries when the configured spread limit is exceeded.
Equity-based sizing scales trade volume; it is not percentage-of-stop-loss risk sizing.
Multiple modules may hold positions simultaneously. The concurrent-module cap is OFF by default, so users should select lot sizes and exposure limits appropriate for their account.
Optional equity protection
The optional equity drawdown control monitors account equity against its tracked peak. When triggered, it attempts to close this EA’s positions, cancels its pending orders and pauses new entries.
- Equity drawdown protection is OFF by default.
- The default pause after an equity stop is 300 seconds.
- The pause duration is configurable.
- This feature does not guarantee compliance with a broker’s or prop firm’s drawdown rules.
On-chart portfolio panel
The integrated panel displays the portfolio’s operating status and module information directly on the chart. Version 1.50 uses the Wasteland Fifteen layout with all 15 modules represented.
Setup and requirements
- Platform: MetaTrader 5.
- Instrument: XAUUSD.
- Timeframe: 1H
- Account type: Hedging. Raw or Small spread
- Account size: 1000USD or 1000 USC
- Preset: Use the version 1.50 preset.
- Check your broker’s gold contract specifications, minimum trade volume and volume step.
- Allow sufficient history for the internal indicators and signal calculations.
- Maintain a stable connection or VPS for continuous EA-managed functions.
