Gold London Range Breakout is a calm, rule-based XAUUSD EA built for traders who need to protect their account first, including prop firm challenges. One trade a day, a stop loss on every trade, no martingale, no grid, no averaging.

How it trades

Measures the quiet Asian range on gold every day (default 03:00 to 08:00 server time)
At the London open it places a Buy Stop above and a Sell Stop below; when one fills, the other is cancelled (OCO)
Range filter in % of price: days with a range that is too small or too wide are skipped
Stop loss at the opposite side of the range (capped), take profit as a reward:risk multiple (default 2.5R)
Break-even after 1.5R; all orders and trades closed at the end of the day, nothing held overnight
Lot size from risk % of equity (or a fixed lot), spread filter, Monday/Friday switches
