Ниразу не полиглот и английский, по большей части, понимаю только через переводчика. Но периодически попадаются англоязычные заказчики с которыми приходится общаться через google translate.
Из минусов такого общения могу назвать лишь сложность просмотра истории переписки, т.к. глаз не привык к поиску иностранных фраз, и приходится постоянно просить заказчика напомнить часть диалога где что-то обсуждалось.
Но даже после такого общения заказчик остается доволен.

Когда делаешь поддержку какому-то продукту, у пользователей возникает множество разных вопросов. Вопросы встречаются разные, от простейшего "сколько стоит копировщик сделок?" до "как настроить копирование многие к одному?"
К примеру, сегодня задали вопрос: "Работает ли Ваш копировщик по стратегии скальпинга?" Логично было бы ответить: "нет, копировщик не работает по какой-то конкретной стратегии." Его задача в другом - копировать сделки. Но, определенно, копировщик достаточно быстро, (доли секунды) может скопировать сделку, если нет задержки на стороне брокера. А значит копировщик может копировать и скальперские сделки.
Поэтому мой ответ: "Да, форекс копир работает по стратегии скальпинга!"
