SynthGuard EA
A rule-based MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor designed for systematic trend-following on synthetic indices and other compatible symbols.
SynthGuard combines multi-timeframe market context with EMA structure, ADX trend strength, ATR-based risk management, adaptive trailing protection and loss-sequence controls. The goal is to filter lower-quality entries and reduce exposure when the strategy enters an unfavorable sequence.

DEFAULT APPROACH
The EA does not require a single universal symbol setting. Traders can configure the timeframe, direction mode, confirmation requirements, ATR parameters, risk sizing and protection settings according to the characteristics of the selected symbol and broker environment.
SYNTHETIC INDICES
The EA was developed and tested with a focus on synthetic-index environments. Backtesting performed during development showed particularly interesting behavior on selected Volatility, Boom and Crash instruments. Results vary by symbol, timeframe, broker feed and parameter configuration.
IMPORTANT
Backtest results are historical simulations and are not guarantees of future performance. Trading results can differ because of market conditions, execution, spread, slippage, tick data and broker settings.
The product should be validated in the Strategy Tester and on a demo account before live trading.
Suggested starting point for testing:
• Timeframe: M15, M30 or H1
• Risk-based lot: enabled
• Initial risk per trade: 1.10%
• Maximum lot: 0.15
• Consecutive-loss pause: 4 losses / 12 hours
These are starting parameters, not performance guarantees.
SUPPORTED ACCOUNT TYPES
Use on an MT5 account whose symbol and trading conditions support the requested volume, stop levels and execution mode. Always verify the symbol specifications supplied by your broker.
NO MARTINGALE
SynthGuard does not use martingale position multiplication. Lot reduction can be applied after consecutive losses to decrease exposure during unfavorable sequences.
BACKTEST DISCLOSURE
Any performance figures shown in the product presentation must be clearly identified as Strategy Tester backtests. They must not be presented as real trading results.
