Apex Confluence AI is a professional multi-timeframe trend-following Expert Advisor that fuses disciplined price action with an optional embedded AI decision engine. It only trades when higher-timeframe momentum, market structure, and volatility all line up — then waits for a high-quality pullback to enter, with every position protected by an adaptive, volatility-based stop loss.

No martingale. No grid. No reckless averaging. Every trade is risk-defined from the moment it opens.

🔎 How it works

Apex Confluence AI reads the market on three timeframes at once:

• Trend filter (H4 + H1): A 50-period EMA on both higher timeframes must agree on direction and show genuine slope/momentum — filtering out the flat, choppy markets where trend systems bleed.
• Entry trigger (M15): Once the trend is confirmed, the EA waits for price to pull back into the Bollinger Band zone and close back in the trend's direction — buying strength on the dip, selling weakness on the bounce.
• Volatility gate (ATR): Setups are skipped when volatility is too low to justify the spread and stop.

This is "buy the dip / sell the rally" — but only inside a confirmed, momentum-backed trend.

⚙️ Two engines in one

1. Classic Rule Engine (default): Fully transparent, parameter-driven multi-timeframe logic. No black box.
2. AI Engine (optional): An embedded machine-learning model (XGBoost exported to ONNX, 12 market features) scores every setup as Buy / Sell / No-Trade. You set the minimum confidence threshold, and an optional trend gate keeps the AI aligned with the higher-timeframe direction. An optional Donchian breakout module can run alongside the AI to catch momentum expansions.

• Detailed CSV trade journal: every trade logged with full entry context (ATR, EMA slope, spread, hour) and outcome (R-multiple, MAE/MFE, exit reason) for serious post-trade analysis.
