### ⚙️ TERMINAL SETUP INSTRUCTIONS:

To allow the Expert Advisor to fetch live institutional calculations and verify HWID security, you **must enable WebRequest and DLLs**:

1. In MT5, open: **Tools -> Options -> Expert Advisors**.

2. Check the box: **"Allow DLL imports"** (Required for hardware authorization).

3. Check the box: **"Allow WebRequest for listed URL"**.
