Candlestick Trend Scalper EA is a fully automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 built around a disciplined, trend-following methodology, specifically designed for trading XAU on M1 timeframe. It identifies high-probability entry opportunities by combining trend analysis across multiple timeframes with candlestick pattern confirmation — filtering out noise and focusing only on setups that align with the broader market direction.

Suitable for all experience levels, the EA is ready to deploy out of the box while offering deep configurability for traders who want to tailor it to their own strategy.

What It Does

• Determines the current market trend and only trades in its direction
• Waits for a confirmed candlestick signal before entering
• Applies up to three layers of higher timeframe confluence before allowing a trade
• Detects nearby Support & Resistance levels and automatically adjusts risk when price is in a high-risk zone — protecting entries from being placed into key levels
• Manages the trade from entry to exit with trailing stops and profit locking

Key Features

Multi-Timeframe Trend Filtering Trades are only taken when the trend is confirmed across the timeframes you configure. The EA supports a primary filter, a follow mode, and two additional confluence timeframes — giving you full control over how strict the alignment must be.

S/R Proximity Risk Management (v1.7) A built-in level detection system monitors key price zones across multiple timeframes. When an entry forms too close to a significant level, the EA either tightens the stop loss automatically or blocks the trade entirely — depending on your settings.

Flexible Stop Loss Four stop loss modes to match different trading styles — from dynamic market-based stops to fixed pip distances, with a hybrid option that combines both.

Intelligent Lot Sizing Risk a fixed percentage of your account balance per trade, automatically sized from the stop loss distance. Fixed lot mode is also available.

Two-Tier Position System Run a primary set of positions and an optional secondary tier with its own independent lot sizing and risk settings — useful for scaling into strong trends.

Trailing Stop & Profit Lock Configurable trailing stop activates once a profit threshold is reached. A separate profit lock mechanism secures a percentage of open gains as the trade moves in your favour.

Whipsaw Protection A cooldown system prevents the EA from chasing signals immediately after a trend change, reducing exposure to false breakouts.

Real-Time Dashboard A clean on-chart panel displays trend status, active signals, filter states, S/R proximity, position summary, and trade management status — all at a glance.
