Gold back at the key $4,000 mark: Temporary pullback or a new rally ahead? 📊

The ultimate safe-haven asset has returned to the critical psychological and technical level of $4,000 per troy ounce.

Following the recent dip, the market is holding its breath. On one side, the Fed's hawkish stance and a strong US dollar continue to weigh heavily on the precious metal. On the other side, ongoing geopolitical instability and aggressive buying by global Central Banks provide a powerful floor for prices.

Historically, the $4,000 level is where the medium-term trend is decided. Sellers are trying to lock in their gains, while buyers are looking for the perfect entry point.

Where do you think the price will go from here? Will we see a solid break above $4,000 pushing for new all-time highs, or is a deeper correction on the horizon?

⚠️ Requires attention ⚠️
⚙️ In my settings (presets and profiles), I usually specify the dynamic lot size relative to the balance units. For example, 0.01 lots for every 200 balance units. I call this a moderate risk, assuming the balance currency is USD or close to it in value (EUR, GBP, CHF, etc.).
🔄 If the balance currency of your trading account is noticeably different, for example, if your account balance is in JPY, then the number of balance units must be multiplied by the exchange rate of the USDJPY pair.
🧮 Example: 200 * 160 = 32,000. So, in the settings, you need to specify 0.01 lots for every 32,000 balance units .
🔀 Note: If USD stands second in the currency pair (for example, AUDUSD), you need to divide instead of multiply by the exchange rate to find the correct number of balance units.
📩 If you are experiencing any difficulties, just write me a personal message, and I will prepare personal settings for your account!
🤖 P.S. This applies to EA/robot settings. If you are using the signal service, the lot size recalculation happens automatically.

🏦 To ensure that the profit value remains high when the lot size is reduced (reducing the risk), use a set of experts at once: https://www.mql5.com/en/blogs/post/768696
The results of the backtest for the set from the Combo Profile for the FrankoScalp EA.

Backtesting the “Breakthrough Strategy” since 2020 (the “Scalping Friday GM” set).
To find the optimal risk/profit ratio for yourself, adjust the trade lot size parameters.
For general signals ("Combo Profile"), I usually tighten the entry filters additionally in the sets, since a large number of experts also results in a large number of trades, so this allows us to be more selective and filter out some transactions.
