we are already in touch by PM but I note it down here again for other users experiencing a similar problem.

If some products cannot be downloaded from MQL market due a 403 error like this:

That can mean several things:

1. Temporary error on the MQL market, wrong account setup, firewall issue etc.
   Solution: Try out the solutions stated in this forum post. 
2. Your VPS was blocked from downloading MQL market products (e.g. due to fraudulent activities of the VPS provider).
   Solution: Write to Service Desk (go to your MQL profile >> select "Service Desk" in the left side menu) and ask to unblock your IP.

If i want different settings for different symbols , , should i change chart groups and also have additional blank charts for the take a break EA. so multiple EA's and seperate charts ?

Is there a comprehensive user guide , explaining each setting?

you should use/create 1 Chart Group for each different EA or EA setting you use.

If you trade multiple symbols with the same EA and the same settings, you can use the same Chart Group.
If you trade multiple symbols with different EAs and different settings, you should use a different Chart Group.

You can then specify all the Chart Groups that should be managed by TaB EA in the settings under "Which Chart Groups should be managed?", separated by commas.

As for the parameter descriptions, you can use your browser's search function (usually CMD + F) and search the "What's new" tab to find a comprehensive description for each parameter.

I'm not quite sure whether I understand your message properly.

These inputs will limit the maximum amount of open trades. Your settings mean that TaB will pause trading as soon as there are 2 Buy and/or 2 Sell orders.
You will then need to close them manually, or wait until they reach their profit target. Either through a hard TP/SL or you can also configure the "Drawdown Control" section of TaB accordingly, so that it closes all trades on a certain profit/loss.

i need some help with setting up TaB 

we are running this on MT5
we have 2 charts, one is XAUUSD with EA and TaB indicator, another one is XAUUSD with TaB EA

we want to control the maximum drawdown in such a way that it will close all of the positions and pause EA when the drawdown is 25-30%
for now it just kill all the positions which are open (that is good), but EA is still taking trades every 15min and TaB automatically kill those positions (which result in the loss)
how to configure it properly that it will kill the positions and force stop trading our EA (it will not open positions every 15m)

if that is possible i would love to have a call with you regarding TaB

I already answered your questions by PM. As it might be good to know for other users as well, I will post my reply here again:

The "Drawdown Control" section only manages open trades but does not pause your external EA. If you want to pause your external EA for the day, you may use the "Daily Profit/Loss Limit" instead.

If you want to pause your external EA indefinitely, you may also set a "Minimum value until trading is allowed" (additionally).

I'm not sure whether I understand the actual problem properly, but I suspect you tried to add the TaB EA to the chart with your other EA.
As you mentioned already, that's not possible as there can only be 1 EA per chart.

That's why TaB consists of 2 parts: EA + indicator. 

The TaB EA should be placed on any M1 chart.
The TaB indicator should be placed on the chart with your other EA.

I believe the solution is the comment right above yours :)

You need at least one chart with the TaB indicator on it then the message should disappear.

If that doesn't help, just let me know and we will find a solution.

The TaB EA can be placed on any M1 chart - it must not be the same symbol that you usually trade.
The TaB indicator should be placed on the chart(s) that you want to have managed by TaB. It also contains a setup example which might be helpful: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/51828
