Asian Session Gold XAU Breakout is a session-based breakout system for XAUUSD (Gold). It looks for one high-quality setup per day around the most active part of the gold market, always with a stop-loss and a predefined target. No grid, no martingale, no averaging, no hedging tricks.
HOW IT WORKS
- Analyses the overnight price structure and defines the key levels of the day.
- Enters only when price breaks out with confirmation; maximum one trade per day.
- Every trade has a hard stop-loss and take-profit from the moment it is placed.
- Built-in profit protection secures part of the gain once a trade moves in your favour.
- Time-based exit: no overnight or weekend holding.
FILTERS AND PROTECTION
- Market-regime filter: avoids days when breakouts historically fail.
- Holiday filter: stays out during thin holiday markets.
- Prop-firm guard: equity-based daily and total loss limits (e.g. 4%/9% or 5%/10%, static or trailing). Reduces or skips trades that could breach a limit.
- Risk-% position sizing, daily loss stop, losing-streak pause, spread filter and drawdown circuit breaker.
- Optional live news protection using the MetaTrader 5 economic calendar.
