A gold only (XAUUSD) Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 that trades genuine price breakouts with a stop loss and a take profit attached to every single trade, without the recovery tricks that destroy accounts (martingale, grid, etc..).

How it trades:

Gold spends much of its time inside a range and then leaves it decisively. This EA is built for that moment, and nothing else. It runs multiple breakout strategies side by side, reading the daily, 4 hour and hourly charts.

The strategies look at the same market from different distances, so a level that matters to one is invisible to another and they rarely all act at once. If the breakouts never comes, the order simply expires and nothing is risked. Ay single strategy is idle for long stretches. Together they average roughly 750 trades a year, so the portfolio is working even when most of it is waiting.

Every order has a stop loss and take profit written onto the pending order at the moment it is created, not added afterwards, not managed "virtually" in the EA's memory. If your platform disconnects, your VPS reboots, or the terminal is closed, your account is protected.

What this EA does NOT do:

Most Expert Advisors that show a smooth equity curve are hiding their losses rather than taking them. Here is exactly what is not in this product, and why you can verify each one before purchasing via the demo.

- No martingale.

- No grid.

- No averaging down.

- No trading without a stop.

- No hidden recovery mechanics.

Expert Advisor Settings:

The EA's defaults are ready to run. Every setting below is optional refinement.

Independent switches for long and short trades depending on the user's bias on gold:
- Allow Buy Trades: True/False, default True.
- Allow Sell Trades: True/False, default True.

Weekend switch on a server-time hour on Friday after which the EA closes everything it owns and stands aside until the new week:
- Friday Stop Hour: default 25 (off).

Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) Filter - US Non-Farm Payrolls is the single most violent scheduled event for gold. Spreads widen, liquidity vanishes, and stops are filled at prices that bear no relation to the marking a minute later. This filter stands the EA around it:
- NFP Filter: True/False, default True.
- NFP Minutes Before: default 120 minutes. How long before NFP release are trades suspended.
- NFP Minutes After: default 60 minutes. How long after NFP release are trades suspended
- Close Trades Before NFP: True/False, default True. Whether any open positions are closed ahead of the release.
- NFP Closed Minute Before: default 90. How far ahead any open positions are closed.
- NFP Data Failure Mode: Block Trading/Allow Trading, default Block Trading. What the EA does if it cannot establish when the next NFP release is.

Server Time variables tells the EA how your broker's clock behaves through the year (US DST, EU DST, or Fixed):
- Server Time Mode: US DST/EU DST/Fixed, default US DST.
- Winter GMT Offset: default 2.
- Summer GMT Offset: default 3.

Works on any broker, since server clocks differ, and they do not all change on the same dates. Three modes cover the common cases, including servers on GMT+0, GMT+8, or GMT+9 that never shift at all. The EA computes the real daylight-savings dates for each year rather than assuming "March to October". The EA never reads your computer's time zone, so you can trade anywhere or move your VPS and nothing will shift.

The EA will not place a new order while the spread is wider than allowed. It is never applied to closing a trade, refusing to close a losing position because the spread widened is how a small loss becomes a large one:
- Max Spread Allowed: default 250 (about $2.50 in XAUUSD). Set to 0 to switch it off.

Positions Sizing allows the user to set how the lot sizes will be calculated:
- Lot Calculation: Fixed Lots/Risk % Lots/Dynamic Lots, default Fixed Lots.
- Fixed Lots: default 0.01. Used when Lot Calculation is set to Fixed Lots. The same size every time, whatever happens. The ideal way to start on a live account.
- Risk % Lots: default 1. Used when Lot Calculation is set to Risk % Lots. Keeps risk constant as per the account's equity, position size grows as the accounts grows and shrinks after a setback, automatically.
- Dynamic Lots: Conservative/Balanced, default Conservative. Used when Lot Calculation is set to Dynamic Lots. The strategies do not carry equal risk, rather than one percentage shared by all strategies, each strategy gets its own share. It also sizes from the highest balance your account has ever reached, rather than what it holds today, so it is the mode that eventually meets your broker's volume limit. During a drawdown the EA keeps trading at full size instead of shrinking exactly when you need the recovery. Balanced mode doubles every strategy's share.

Neither mode is a martingale. Sizing never looks at your last results.

The EA identifies its own trades via Magic Number and Order Comment.

- Magic Number: default 88888.
- Order Comment: default XAUUSD PB Professional.

Note: Broker Volume Limits

Every broker caps the total volume you may hold on a symbol - open positions plus resting pending orders. It is not a margin limit and more equity will not lift it. For example: on Eightcap, XAUUSD is capped at 30 lots per direction.

When the cap is reached the EA refuses new orders and logs it. Positions already open keep the stop and profit target attached at creation, nothing is left unprotected. The EA can be set to any timeframe on the XAUUSD chart and results will not vary.
