I have just purchased your "Currency Strength Exotics"

I am very pleased with the install and we are now ready to go........

Can I suggest a couple of tweaks to this great software.

(1) Is it possible to have an extra option on the inputs menu to remove the currency lables  not being used. ?

For example if I am only trading the Gold/USD can we remove the labels at bottom of chart (EUR CHF JPY) etc.

This would be more useful as we can reduce the over crowding on the chart.

(2)Is it also  possible to have an extra option on the inputs menu to remove some of the Fib Levels ?

Therefore we can choose to ONLY display Fib Levels that we are interested in such as Fib Levels 261 and 161.

This would also reduce the clutter on the chart and make it easier to use.

Bernhard ...... I hope you do not mind me making these request to you !

HIDE the other 6 CS lines --- will show only the product and the base currency, in your example gold and USD. In this case the lables will be shown only with those two. Also you can turn the lables off.

About the Fibs you can make the color same as background.

I want to purchase this exotics indicator but my question is does this indicator generate the same signal as the impulse indicator or must I also purchase the impulse indicator in order to get the strength signal? And will the pulse indicator give a strength signal in the upper left corner for gold and oil same as it does for the currencies?

Advanced Currency IMPULSE with ALERT is specialized for the 28 Forex pairs. It does not read Gold or Oil.

With Currency Strength Exotics you can read the strength of anything the same way as for the 8 currencies. Just drag and drop any symbol from market watch into the template. I just had some nice scalps today on USDMXN.

I am often asked for trade rules list. Email me to get all the important links and manual. I do not want to rewrite the bible, some liberty is important. It is up to the trader how he trades and how it fits his personality because psychology is important in trading.
Well... the basics are:

  1. Stay in trend of higher timeframe currency strength (go higher timeframe until line smoothes out)
  2. Trade on strong angles (like range currency strength of Market Fib 23 to zero)
  3. Avoid flat market. (Market Momentum line not below Market Fib 23 / Intraday: M5)
  4. Do not trade outside GAP if a currency is over or under Market Fib 100/-100 but wait instead for a flip and trade the pullback with inside GAP.
  5. Check supply demand zones, do not trade against if it is not enough place for the target. (Especially higher timeframe zones)
  6. Always use a stop loss. Keep it behind a level like highs or lows or S/R. Avoid a fixed number of pips.
  7. Try to find SL on lower TF and TP at higher TF, this gives you better risk/reward. Try to be better than 1:1. I did even target 5+ times bigger TP than SL but it needs good entry and experience.
  8. Cut your losses soon and let your winners run.
  9. Avoid red news if you are a beginner. Close your profits before the news or trail SL hard.

As posted on 2017.04.25 gold started its bearish move and dropped about 700 pips.

From 19th April we saw gold strength turned down from Market Fibonacci 100 range. Similar the same happened 2 days earlier to Jen.

Showing here a daily chart with currency strength and gold (the 9th line with Currency Strength Exotics indicator).

Now, Gold Strength reached Market Fibonacci -100 and flattened one day later. Today we see a positive hook upwards. Similar move we see on Jen.

Gold: target reached.

The brother of Advanced Currency Strength28 Indicator is Currency Strength Exotics.

Currency Strength Exotics is basically the same but you can add one more symbol by choice. Any symbol can be added as 9th currency (Gold, silver, oil, DAX, MXN, TRY, CNH...). It has all the functions of the Currency Strength28 except MTF. This indicator shows the true strength value of the additional symbol.
