PriceEdge AI is a fully automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 built around a five-layer signal confirmation engine. Every trade requires agreement across all five independent analysis layers before execution. If any single layer disagrees, no trade is placed. This conservative approach produces fewer trades, but each trade carries a higher probability of success.
The EA is designed from the ground up for prop firm challenges, funded account environments, and personal live accounts where capital protection is the top priority.

Every position uses a defined Stop Loss and Take Profit from the moment it is opened. There is no recovery logic, no position averaging, and no grid. Your account exposure is fully controlled on every single trade.

HOW IT WORKS

PriceEdge AI evaluates the market using five independent analysis layers on every new M30 candle. Each layer generates a score. The total score determines whether a setup is strong enough to trade.
Layer 1 — Candle Quality Analysis
Evaluates the strength and direction of the current candle using body-to-range ratio. Weak, indecisive, or doji candles are automatically blocked.
Layer 2 — Market Structure Analysis
Detects shifts in market structure to confirm the directional bias. Trades that conflict with the current structure shift are rejected.
Layer 3 — Price Zone Confluence
Identifies imbalance zones in the price chart where institutional activity has left a visible footprint. The EA only enters when price is interacting with one of these zones.
Layer 4 — Volume & Momentum Confirmation
Analyses tick volume distribution across recent candles to confirm that the directional pressure supports the intended trade direction.
Layer 5 — AI Neural Network Validation
An ONNX-based neural network evaluates all collected data and outputs a confidence score. Only signals that exceed the confidence threshold pass this final gate.

ACCOUNT GUARDIAN — DRAWDOWN PROTECTION

The Account Guardian monitors your account equity in real time on every tick.
• Daily drawdown limit — EA halts all trading and closes open positions if the daily loss reaches the configured limit (default 4.5%)
• Total drawdown limit — EA halts permanently if total account drawdown reaches the configured limit (default 9.0%)
• These limits are fully adjustable to match any prop firm's specific rules

• Automatic breakeven — Stop loss moves to entry price once the trade reaches 1× risk in profit
• Trailing stop — Continues protecting gains as the trade moves further in profit

• London and New York session filter — trades only during high-liquidity hours (08:00–17:00 server time)
• Asian session blocked — low liquidity period avoided based on historical performance data
• Monday open blocked — first 4 hours of the trading week are skipped to avoid gap volatility
• Weekend positions blocked — no open trades held over Friday close
• News event filter — uses MT5's built-in economic calendar to automatically pause trading 30 minutes before and after high-impact events. No external data feed or internet connection required.

The EA has been tested across 20+ instruments. Only four symbols have been approved for live trading based on performance results:
EURUSD — Highest performance, lowest drawdown
XAUUSD — Strong results, minimal drawdown
USDCAD — Profitable, controlled risk
EURAUD — Profitable, suitable for live use
If attached to any other symbol, the EA displays a BLOCKED status and will not place trades. This is a deliberate protection against operating on instruments where the strategy has not been validated.
