Volume Channel Flow Indicator MT5 is a professional trend-following and breakout indicator designed to help traders identify important market direction changes and potential breakout opportunities directly on the MetaTrader 5 chart.
The indicator uses a dynamic ATR-based price channel to adapt to changing market volatility. When price breaks above or below the dynamic channel, the indicator identifies a potential BUY or SELL breakout and automatically updates the market trend state.

HOW IT WORKS
The indicator follows a simple concept:
1. Calculate market volatility
ATR is used to measure current market volatility.
2. Build a dynamic channel
The channel is calculated around the current market structure using the ATR value and configurable Channel Width.
3. Monitor confirmed candle closes
The indicator waits for a confirmed breakout rather than relying only on temporary intrabar price movements.
4. Detect the breakout direction
A close above the upper channel produces a BUY breakout.
A close below the lower channel produces a SELL breakout.
5. Update the trend
The indicator changes the visual trend state and creates a new channel segment.
This creates a continuously adapting trend and breakout structure.
