Gold Daily Trend — XAUUSD D1 long-only dual-EMA follower with ATR stop and trailing. No martingale. No grid. No averaging. One position at a time. What it does
Trades Gold (XAUUSD) on the daily chart only (the EA reads D1 even if you attach it to another timeframe). It stays long while the fast EMA is above the slow EMA, close is above the slow EMA, and ADX confirms trend strength. Positions are protected by an ATR stop and a 3.0 ATR trail. There are no short trades. Entry logic
• Daily EMA 12 / 34 defines the trend
• Close must be above the slow EMA
• ADX filter (default ≥ 12) skips weak / choppy days
• Signal evaluated on the last closed daily bar (no repaint)
• Long only — no short entries Trade management
1. Initial stop — 1.8 × daily ATR below entry
2. Trailing — stop follows the daily high at 3.0 × ATR, only tightening
3. Time exit — positions older than 15 daily bars are closed Risk control
