Overview

Quantum Channel Cross EA is an advanced trend-following Expert Advisor designed for MetaTrader 5. The system utilizes a unique channel crossover methodology based on Moving Averages calculated from Close, High, and Low prices to identify high-probability market trends and breakout opportunities.

Unlike traditional Moving Average crossover systems that compare two averages of the same price source, Quantum Channel Cross EA compares a fast Moving Average of Close prices against a dynamic channel formed by High and Low price averages, allowing the EA to detect stronger directional momentum and filter out many weak market movements.

Trading Logic

Buy Signal

A Buy position is opened when:

  • Fast MA (Close Price) crosses above the Slow MA calculated from High prices.

This indicates that market momentum has become strong enough to break above the upper channel boundary.

Sell Signal

A Sell position is opened when:

  • Fast MA (Close Price) crosses below the Slow MA calculated from Low prices.

This indicates that bearish pressure has become strong enough to break below the lower channel boundary.
