Bitcoin Breakout Engine got a major update.
I’ve added a new variation of my Range Breakout strategy to the Bitcoin Breakout Engine, adding another independent strategy to the portfolio.
Because of the expanded strategy portfolio, the price of Bitcoin Breakout Engine will increase from $399 to $499 on September 29th.
Until then, the current $399 price remains available.
I’ll share more details about the new strategy and its testing in the future.

I recently analyzed how OHLC-based backtests in MetaTrader can be misleading due to the internal tick generation logic used by the tester.
In certain cases, strategies can appear significantly more profitable depending on how ticks are reconstructed from OHLC data. This is not a flaw specific to MetaTrader, but rather a limitation of any simplified tick generation model.
