Please I don't understand what you meant by your message. Doesn't it sound funny.... That a product bought 7 days ago, has not been accessible, so what is the point for it?
All attempts to get across to you in course of the week proofed abortive as login into the site was terrible. 
So, I can comprehend what you're saying.

Also note that there is no issue with the product but you are having issues installing it and you should have easily contacted Mql5 service desk to help you resolve it because that is their area. If the product was faulty then it would have been my area to fix it. Anyways I have sent you a mail , please reply and I will help you install it .

Hello sir ,

That's why the Accuracy Dashboard is there to guide you . You can change the settings as you desire , just use the pattern accuracy statistics to get the best possible settings for your particular pair and time frame.

The problem with this indicator, as I see it after trying it on my charts, is that when I would enter a trade at the close of the candle, with the SL2 set, the risk to reward ratio is very bad. Sometimes the TP! level even is set at the close of the candle where the signal occurs. The TP1 level was reached, so it would probably even be seen as profitable.Where this is not the case most risk to reward ratios are not even 1 to 0.5. Often ratio's as 1 to 0.2 etc. Which means for every loser you should have at least 5 winners to break even. If there would be a refund possible, I'd want to take it.

The indicator forms many low risk patterns where the SL is very close to the entry price . 
You can decide to say you will only take trades which SL is less than 30 pips for example and the target TP2 covers the 30 pips . There is provision for TP1 and TP2 , the TP2 is always farther away from the TP1 and most times is more than the risk SL. 
So use TP2 as your final exit and use TP1 as a partial exit and close part of your profit at TP1.

Also consider your spread when taking any trade . You can't trade a high spread asset on a low time frame of say 15 minutes and expect to make profit . For low time frames , trade low spread assets only .

The system is a profitable one .

It sends signal pop up alerts with sound on your mt4 platform .
It also sends alerts to your phone and email address after you set them up.
Will send you link with instruction after you make purchase.
