Hi Siemsons!

You need to press the appropriate buttons (instrument / time frame) for which you want to receive the alerts.

E.g. if you want to get an alert when EURGBP changes from red to green then you need to press the button which is defined in the row EURGBP and in the column H1 as shown in the following screenshot:


After then color changed to green and the alert is given, then button will be deactivated and no further alerts will be given.

I just bought this indicator a few days ago.  It's okay but, anytime you restart metatrader you have to reset all your alarms that you've set.  That is really a hassell There are many times that the metatrader platform freezes and a restart is required.  So, you have to go through the process of figuring out all your alerts.  The main advantage of this indicator is the ability to organize alerts.  If I had known that definitely would have been a deal killer...

I have purchased Supertrend Scanner.  I have installed it with the alerts set to true.

I have selected several currency pairs to monitor the change in trend but the Alert message

says "The FREE version works oly for EURUSD and GBPUSD". How could that be when

the indicator I downloaded is version 1.6 . Please advise.

I checked the indi on my chart. This message can only occur if you put the FREE version on the chart. The full version can't produce this message because the source code does not contain that message/alert.

Advise: Please download the full version correctly to your MT4 and put the full version on the chart.

I downloaded the free version and liked it. Upon purchase, I deleted the free and installed the paid version and restarted MT4. That's when I reported the "issue". Recycled power and the scanner worked as it should.

I appreciate the very quick reply. Thanks for the excellent work.

The scanner is not working on several pairs even after running for more than 24 hours.  Not sure if there is a correlation,  but all the pairs it appears to not be scanning are NZD pairs.  At this point I would not recommend this software unless I can resolve this issue.

I bought the indicator and have not received any alert on a Monday. The indicator has been showing 2 red boxes and 2 red boxes the whole day.Please find attached the image. Kindly assist. scanner issue

Hi. You need to make more candles available in MT4 under Tools->Options->Charts

Because normally you would see orange/green boxes everywhere

are you talking about max bars in history and max bars in the chart ? What figures should i put if that is the case ?

However, what I need is an additional alert when the situation occurs that ALL timeframes are showing the same direction, either all long or all short.
