Some situations that users often call "big isues" are actually not problems. So you can check everything yourself before worrying:

+ EA does not open trades can also be caused by users using EA on PC/Laptop where the Auto Sleep feature causes the PC/Laptop to automatically turn off and disconnect after 15 minutes. The solution is to turn off Auto Sleep, Auto Turn Off or use VPS to have a stable connection.
