Some situations that users often call "big isues" are actually not problems. So you can check everything yourself before worrying:
+ EA does not open trades: this is a common situation that many new users feel worried about, in fact it can take up to 96 hours to see the first trades, because signals need time to form and appear, trades often do not appear immediately after installing EA. The solution is to be patient and make sure you have successfully installed EA on the chart.
+ EA does not open trades can also be caused by users using EA on PC/Laptop where the Auto Sleep feature causes the PC/Laptop to automatically turn off and disconnect after 15 minutes. The solution is to turn off Auto Sleep, Auto Turn Off or use VPS to have a stable connection.
+ User cannot install EA on VPS or new device. The reason may be that the user copied the ex4 file from the original device, causing the ex4 file to be disabled. The solution is to log in to the mql5 account on the MT4 Terminal on the new device or new VPS and download/install the product from mql5. You usually have 5 to 20 activations, and each time you download the EA on a new device, you will reduce 1 activation. This is simply a copyright protection mechanism and to avoid unauthorized copying and use of the product.

In trading, there may be a series of losing orders, or a series of days with losing results, that is the risk and probability of trading. Actual conditions also affect the results and experience of traders, just like we see that trading with spread = 10 is often better than spread = 30, so spread is an actual condition that affects the experience and trading results, that is an example.
To have better trading results, you should:
+ Optimize operating conditions such as VPS, spread, account type, broker...
+ Try with small lot size (0.01 lot) first.
+ Try live run with different currency pairs and then choose 2 to 3 pairs with the best results.
Once everything is working properly, you can increase your lot size and account balance size.

I also try to improve EA performance through upgraded versions.
I understand that each trader has a different experience in trading even when using the same product because each different user uses EA in different conditions and I comment feedback to you about optimizing operating conditions as well as starting with low risk first.
