metatrader bloqueado

buenos días, he puesto un EA DEMO , se llama AI sniper, con algunas modificaciones hechas por mí y la aplicación se ha quedado bloqueada. LA he eliminado pero al volver a instalar MT5 sigue pasando lo mismo, no sé qué ha podido pasar, si lo ve alguien del servicio técnico por favor o alguien que le haya pasado y lo haya solucionado agradecería una ayuda gracias
