The market is dominated by central banks:
The Fed is leaving interest rates low for a considerable amount of time.
The ECB is still trying to weaken the Euro.
Chinese growth is slowing down.
And the quantitative easing (QE) programmes of the central banks are fuelling new highs in the S&P500 and the DAX

Do you use scalper methods? Some brokers do not allow scalping. Do you use arbitrage? Most of the brokers will stop you if they understand you get the signals by arbitrage. Or, like Daniel says, these guys are not reflecting your orders to banks, so they just stop you.

They not only will block your account from continuing to trade, they can also block any withdrawal requests you make - you can lose even your initial "investment". Scam brokers are very common.
