Why not just create a batch file (.bat) and call MT4 twice using command line? See here: https://www.metatrader5.com/en/terminal/help/start_advanced/start

FXCL is not traders friendly broker. They have lot of restrictions for trading. Grid, Martingale, Scalping, News trading is not allow. So, I am not using FXCL right now. I will search another broker for news trading. FXCL main problem is, they have stop level gap in EUR USD 10 pips. But before any news, they increase the stop level to 20 pips. In others pair, its more. So, this is really dangerous for any traders. If some one trade in manually and face large d/d, they will not get any chance to safe the account around news time with stop order. So, be careful.
