Orders for integration - Uploading data to a website - outdated

Hi guys, I have a really good alert system on MT4. It currently sends an email with a screenshot of the chart if it detects a breakout / false breakout on a trendline / horizontal line. I want my system to send alerts directly to a smartphone (push notifications) with screenshot + text. I suppose we may have to use an external MySQL DB to store the alerts data and then send it to the app on the smartphone. For

I am having coded by another developer a mobile app interface that needs to receive the real time data coming from the MT4 platform uploaded on my laptop in order for it to operate as I envisioned it. After I started the job with the developer, it was learned thereafter that the developer did not know how connect to API or create a bridge from where said app would retrieve or receive the data coming from my MT4
