I don't know where to turn, for some reason the monitoring parameters of my account (which has been working for more than 2 years) of the signal provider were transmitted correctly at first. But after a week, they changed, became inaccurate. there was only information for the last year. For example, when creating a signal, the growth was more than 300%, then remained 160. And it started displaying this warning: "80% of trades were made within 60 days. This is 8% of the total lifetime of the signal 717 days". Can you tell me if this can be fixed? I do not give links to the signal and monitoring of this account on myfxbook, as I do not know whether it is possible here or not.

The reason was found out - the broker cut the history and the numbers were sprinkled. Fixed by reloading the history
I see that in November 2017 the increase is 108.7 and it is greyed out - so it is taken out of the total. Probably in November or earlier the dealing centre rolled back the trading history.

Yes indeed after submitting the application I received a letter, I had to send additional documents, I sent them. But I have not received any reply.

Your application was rejected a year ago. And you should be able to see that its status is "Rejected".

I recently sent additional documents on 14.11.2018 after that no response I have not received....

Maybe some other documents are needed?

I have a couple questions

  • I read the signal rules and wanted to be sure, can I post a link to my MQL5 product as well as my eBay listing for the signal Ex4 w/license?
  • I'd like to raise the price of subscription over time; starting at 30$/mo. and increasing by 30$ every month - do subscribers get to keep their original price?
  • Can I process orders via STP for signals?

Not all brokers are available in MQL5 signal copying system.
