It's okay to change computers, just migrate the entire MT4 account data folder (not the MT4 client) together.

Try updating Windows (put ALL updates) and update your browser.

I have on Windows 10 in Chrome all products in the Marketplace have a "Download" button.


And yes: write immediately what operating system and what browser you use. Separately specify please use real Windows or emulation in Wine.

You don't receive your product, you login into your MQL5 community account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, then click the Market tab, below in the Terminal window, the the Purchased option above and finally the Install option for your purchased product on the far right side.
