how to transfer an expert Advisor purchased in the market on one terminal to another terminal in the same computer VPS

i have bought this EA setslav scapter s1 but since i have installed it...it have taken any trades...why?

 
setslav scapter s1 doesn't take and haven't took any trades....its been 6 hours now...whats wrong

I paid for an indicator and the system started the download process and then aborted.

I never got my indicator and they are apparently keeping my money.

No response from the Service Desk.

I have purchased an indicator and when I click on install on the terminal I just get a blank webpage saying address not recognised, and on my trading terminal in MT4 I haven't got the market tab so I can't do anything, can anyone help with this cos I am just wasting money on something that I can't access. Thank you

 

I paid the rent of the indicator for a month. The money came in. It shows frozen for 7 days.

In the window shows rent for a month is open. I click to install in the terminal. Nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

  1. Did you buy a lease from the terminal?
  2. Do you click to set it in the terminal?

Attach the log file from the "Log" tab of the terminal.

 
Please advise. I rented an Expert Advisor for 3 months, 2 months left. On this advisor want to raise the price quite significantly, I would like to rent the old price for another six months, the result to the existing 2 months will add another 6 or just be 6?
