Failed to get MetaQuotes ID, prompt: Failed to register for Message Receiving Service. Check the internet connection and retry.

I failed to register for the message receiving service, how do I correct that. I want to start receiving messages.

You need to connect to Google server to use this service.

Or if you use an Apple phone that can connect to the Apple server, it will work.

Hi, 


I am having problems getting notifications in my mobile. I am currrently using  a vps service and it works just fine until yesterday i noticed that i am not getting any messages/ alerts from my mt4 VPS anymore. I tried to ping my metaquotes ID using my mt4 in my computer and its working just fine, however when i try it on my mt4 thats on the vps, not working at all. 

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Yes, to do this, allow push messages in the operating system settings Settings - MetaTrader 4 - Notifications - Allow notifications and restart the programme.
