Notifications don't work ..

I cannot receive notifications neither request new ID on my android phone

After a couple of months not using it, ... my notifications from terminal dont get to my mobile any more. But It was working last year.

... I tried to request a new ID  and  I get the message "Inscription to service not successfull. Verify your internet connection and try again.

thus .. My internet connection is fine and my android mt4 terminal has been working fine all the time  in another hand .

Any idea ?
