It seems to be there in the mobile terminal, but I can't use it.

I can neither add it to my profile on the site, nor send a message from the terminal....

I set up the indicator according to the instruction:
To receive PUSH notifications from the desktop terminal to the mobile MetaTrader4 you need:
1. Install MetaTrader4 on your phone from appstore or play market
2. Log in to your mql5.com account in the mobile terminal
3. In the terminal on your computer in the settings go to the tab "notifications" there allow to receive notifications and enter access to your account mql5.com

But in the downloaded MT4 does not show the ID. How to switch it on?

It looks like you don't have Google services installed or not functioning on your phone. They are necessary for push notifications to work.

I am new here I need help I just downloaded MT4 in my Android phone but I can't use it I need help
 
I have not found any information about delayed delivery of notifications to devices that were offline. They write different things about GCM in the internet: like there is an option when sending with indication of message lifetime (but there is no such option in MQL), some people get notifications after switching on the device, some people don't (and differently on iPhone and Android, I'm interested in the latter). Probably it depends on the delivery service, and hereI would like to know the technical side of the implementation of this issue by MQ servers.
