Are MetaQuotes IDs disabled for network reasons for Chinese users? I have not been able to use it.

The MetaQuotes ID has nothing to do with where the account is opened.
It is only tied to the MT4/MT5 terminal installed on your mobile device.

In MetaTrader 5 on iPhone you need to go to "Chat and Messages" - ID will be at the bottom.

all, I figured it out, the line "Chat and messages" was not there because in the settings of the phone there was a ban on notifications from the application, removed the ban - the line appeared.
