Is MT4 EA market gone live. I do not see any EA that is being placed for sale in MT4 market.

Not yet . . . don't know exactly when,  ask on the Russian forum they have more information than us.

New MT4 version is now in beta test for at least 1 month. So the MT4 market will probably become available when this beta will be done.
 

why i can't upload any file in add a product ?

i tried to add indicators & EAs in ex4 format, but it keep saying :

Please recompile your product with new compiler

and i'm sure that i've the last MT4 release 4.00 Build  509

You have to wait the beta of the new MT4, will be soon available.
