Is there any rules for copy right violation?

I am getting confused about MQL5 community copy right violation policy.

Last August I had posted two articles here and those articles main source is my personal web site. Yesterday someone posted the same articles, he just changed some sentence in the introduction, then all the points are copy paste from my articles. But he used the main source as my web site. Is it legal??

Today same thing I got from blog section. Same post published from two users. I think, members are wasting their times when they started to read the blogs / articles and got the same posting repeat.

Both links are: (Post id number 994 and 995, maintaining serial, no gap between two post.)

Same thing happened with my articles, My article links:

My question is, this type of activities are allowed in this site? If yes, then we will follow the same (if necessary),

If not, then why there is no action against these activities?

Those users did the same thing earlier also but there is no complain against them.

 but they can not scan everything so you will have to write to service desk about the issue.

Thanks for highlighting the point. Yes, its difficult to scan every post, that's why there is an option on every post for "Complain". I did the same but no action. Even I had sent an query to "Service Desk" regarding my own contents but I did not received any action. That's why I am confused.
