If the robot initially booked the application for Seller status, it can send such letters for ages. All hope is that the submitter will still go to his profile and read the STATUS OF APPLICATION.

I realised after 13 times of sending documents that there is no point in sending them.... I thought I would solve the issue through the moderator, but it's been 3 days without a reply.

Please don't post anywhere if you can't read the requirements. It clearly states there - photos cannot be modified and must be at least that specific resolution.

Document photo requirements:
  • The document must be in front of the camera, no angular distortion is allowed
  • Take a photo right before uploading, old photos will not be accepted
    .
  • Scans of documents will not be accepted
  • Photos must be in colour
  • Resolution of at least 2048 x 1536 pixels
  • Photos must be clear, with legible and readable text
    .
  • Itis not allowed to edit photos in image processing programmes.
  • The document must occupy more than 50% of the photo area
  • All edges of the document must be visible
  • The document must be valid at the time the photo is sent.
  • If the expiry date of the document is indicated on the reverse side or on another page, a photo with the expiry date of the document must be submitted in addition.

Take a photo of the document on your mobile phone or digital camera and upload it to Document Photo.


You send such files time after time - even without looking at them it is clear that they have been changed. The file names and sizes speak for themselves. Because a photo of good resolution cannot be so small in size.
