Signal provider trades XAUUSDecn, subscriber account only has XAUUSD

Signal provider trades XAUUSDecn, subscriber account only has XAUUSD. According to FAQ, symbols should be matched by first 6 characters. Why does terminal report "symbol XAUUSDecn not found"?

I subscribed to a signal.

Provider symbol: XAUUSDecn

Subscriber account symbol: XAUUSD

According to the MQL5 Signals FAQ, symbols should be matched by the first 6 characters.

However MT5 reports:

"symbol XAUUSDecn not found"

"position XAUUSDecn skipped as no symbol found"

Broker: Mohicans Markets

Server: MohicansMarkets-Live

Why is XAUUSD not matched to XAUUSDecn?

Is there any way to manually map symbols for MQL5 Signals?

Alexsvv:
Why does terminal report "symbol XAUUSDecn not found"?

it is not enough to copy the symbol, for example:

The Provider has trading symbol called GOLD, and my broker has the same instrument, but it is called XAUUSD. Are trades on GOLD copied to XAUUSD in that case?

Margin calculation type is checked for each remaining symbol - if it is Forex, a symbol is considered to be suitable. Symbols of CFD, Futures or other calculation types are discarded.

If no symbols remain after conducting all the checks  or more than one symbol is found, it is considered that a symbol mapping attempt has failed and it is impossible to copy Provider's trades for that symbol.

==================

So, it should be written as the "Forex" in the margin calculation of the symbol specification, and this symbol should be one only promosed by the broker for Gold (for example).

So, there are 3 criterias.
