MQL5 VPS log read error

I am getting the following error while i tried to access the expert journal logs in my mt5 vps. could any body tell me why am i getting this error. i also tried to run the same ea on another mt5 vps also which also shown same error, now when i connected a different ea also the same problem arise. the terminal section showing logs without error, but expert tab in journal is showing the error.

i had tried the two following cases checked with different ea and different mt5 vps same error, now when i tried to add new ea also the problem still persits.
the error message is " failed to get expert logs ( failed to get expert logs[1003] (raw - read failed, 0 wsa error, 1 bytes needed))

I get exactly the same. Been for the last couple of days.

is the problem still happens for you?

also does ea placing all trades or do you feel any reduction had happened in overall trades something like that. what next step could we do inorder to make the log work. i also would like to share that iam currently running 4 live mt5 vps, got problem for 1 vps so what i done was, i just removed that ea from that vps and i connected it on another vps, now both these two vps have this problem, the remaining 2 vps logs works fine.

Does uninstalling and reinstalling mt5 solve the problem. I didnot checked it yet, but if you get any solution also please inform me.

I tried restarting and re-migrating my EAs, but still not expert logs and same error message

I haven't reinstalled mt5.

Restarting the vps didn't work though

did anyone check your firwall logs and anti-virus logs? this was already suggested by another user, but no one acknowledged it in their commemts.

I suggest that you all disable your firwall and antivirus for temporary time. long enuf for you to try downloading the logs again.

I suggest also, that you do not ignore comments and question made earlier by @Otmane Achandir they asked a question and none of you have answered.
