MQL5 Market failed send request downloading product

Hi,

Since the last updates I am not able anymore to install my EA's in the MT5 terminal through Purchases.. When looking into the logs I am seeing the following error:

2024.03.11 20:39:19.218 MQL5 Market failed send request downloading product 'EA XX' (raw - read failed, 0 error, 1 bytes needed) [1003]

Doesn't matter which EA. Any idea?

Getting same error. Multiple EAs. 

 

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. Sometimes, connectivity issues can interfere with the download process.

  2. Restart MetaTrader 5: Close and restart your MetaTrader 5 platform. This can help refresh the connection and resolve any temporary issues.

  3. Firewall/Antivirus: Check if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking the download. Temporarily disable them and attempt to download the EA again. If successful, you can then add MetaTrader 5 and the MQL5 Market to the exceptions list of your security software.

  4. Reinstall MetaTrader 5: If the issue persists, consider reinstalling MetaTrader 5. Make sure to backup any important data or settings before uninstalling.

 
Seems to be solved now. Didn't do anything at my side.

Same reason is error 1003. If no error 1003 so it is different reason (different error). Because most of the reasons/situations/issues are based on error numbers.

Check post on this thread. Because it may be something with your Windows or with your internet provider or with your router (or the time and/or date on your computer is wrong). Am getting same problem. Have tried everything from above posts with no solution.


 
Yes got error again as well, seems to be an hit and miss with the mql5 service..
 
For all my clients requested refunds due to that error and i had no choice. Some had used the product for 2 days
