I downloaded MT5 but can't reinstall it

I downloaded MT5 but can't reinstall it. It says it needs a proxy server, which wasn't the case before. Could you please tell me how to fix this? (China region) I tried installing it on another computer but still couldn't install it, with the same error message. Below is a screenshot. Could you please take a look?点击取消提示如下图

You can ignore this box with proxi server - just press "Cancel".

If it does not help so read this thread about how to download the official/stable build of Metatrader (because I think - you are trying to download the beta build, but it is necessary to have official/stable build) -

There are two solutions: skip this "proxy window" and download stable/official build of MT5 (look at this website about HowTwo: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/502088)
My solution worked for many people (but for some people - not sorry).

If you are having Windows 10 64-bit computer, and if you downloaded/installed stable/official build of MT5 (it is build 5430 for now) and if  it is still asking proxy during the installation so it may be the following:

• your computer is not Windows 10 64-bit;
• you are using Mac computer;
• you (or your internet/local provider/network) are really having/using proxy;
• you are using some external VPS which is using proxy (AWS VPS and others);
• may be more
