Need help with reinstalling an EA... Same Computer as initial purchase & install,,, EA tries to use another activation.

Hello,

 I purchased an EA in June of 2015 and now I am trying to install it on a new install of MT4 but it's saying 1 activation will be spent... This is the same computer as when purchased the EA and initially installed on.

How can I reinstall this EA on the same computer as purchased and initially installed on, without it using another activation?

Have you recently upgraded your OS? Like from Win 7 to Win 10?

If we not upgrade hardware or windows. but just formatted the computer with same windows as using before is that new licence will count?
