i have the same problem with a version 5488 downloaded from my broker. Freshly compiled binaries fail to load (error 539). can you please provide a link to MetaQuotes or broker page where this stable build can be downloaded? I am sure you understand downloading binaries from telegram channel is highly risky.

The safest way to get a stable build is to download it directly from your broker’s website, inside your personal account they post official distributions there that are configured for their servers. If you can’t find the link there, just contact their support and ask for the correct version.
And yeah, you’re absolutely right grabbing binaries from Telegram is risky. Better to avoid that.
