Please any one can help me today i purchased one robot for trading the payment done but are not install and not operational and blocked so please help me what i can do for operation and installation of this robot.

What does the Journal log say?

 

Also follow these steps in case you are doing something wrong:


 

i have purchased today one robot but when i click the market tab and then click for purchase tab there are empty space only otherwise from account the limitation are lifted. Please help me in this regard what i can for installation.

My problem now resolved for the robot purchasing how many friends help me a lots thank once again thank you very much.
 
I have one problem facing that I have rented VPS for three months but account for which I rented the VPS unfortunately by mistake that account was deleted. The VPS gone so what i can do for this VPS to transfer or move to my new account please I call for help.

if the account was deleted, then i doubt there is anything you can do. You may ask support; but they will probably say the same.

Was your trading account that the VPS was on deleted, or you are talking about another MQL5 account?

No, My MQL account are O.K and there the VPS are active but in the trading terminal my account by mistake is deleted now i have open new account i want that VPS move to my new account. Please help me in this regard.
