i cant click on vps icon in trading platform please help me

Yes, if you subscribe to MQL5 VPS, you can change the trading account is assigned onto, once a week.

If you have cancelled your MQL5 VPS, you no longer have an active MQL5 VPS subscription in your MQL5 account, so you can't manage it.

The remaining period of your MQL5 VPS subscription (at the time of the cancellation) has been credited to your MQL5 account as free minutes.

If you try to register a Virtual Server again under your trading account in your MT5 terminal you will see these free minutes waiting for you to use them.

Maybe MQL5 is still linked to your account in some way. Try logging out and back in else try different browser? Otherwise if nothing you can reachout to support.

I told you to go to the MT4/5 terminal in the Navigator window and right click in your account number >> Register a Virtual Server.
