Hello! I keep receiving this notification on my terminal send request failed(invalid certificate).
This notification starts once I open the first trade on terminal. I closed the trade, notification keeps coming. If I restart the terminal, notifiation stops until I open again one trade.
Kindly advise!
If you're using your account with Extended Security and you have moved your terminal to another device, you need to copy and paste your PFX file:

It should be under certificates folder but it is nothing there on any of the terminals.

As i understand the reading souced by ryan, it seems the certificate is given to each terminal. When you create a new terminal, upon the first trade on that new terminal, a new certificate is calculated and assigned to that terminal. That certificate can not be used until you have restarted the program.
Did you even read the page? ryan did the research for you; so do not ignore it.

Then I guess that you're not using Extended Security.
When you say "duplicated," that makes me think that you copy and pasted the MT5 terminal from one file location to another. Perhaps a fresh install of your broker-dealer's MT5 terminal to the new file location, followed by a copy and paste of data folder contents inter-terminal will help.
