The EA I bought days ago does not appear in My purchases. I need to re-install it. What can I do? Please help.

Are you sure that you've bought it or your rent it?

And do not confuse the product for MT5 with the product for MT4.

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

I bought it, and I could see it earlier. Anyway, now I have copied the file from my PC to the VPS, and I can see it. However, there is no re-install button, just Open.

Please also look at this screenshot, I cannot open the XAUUSD chart. The broker is MetaQuotes. What can I do? I have bought this product several days ago and have not even been able to test it, let alone run it.

MetaQuotes is not a broker, its just offering a demo account for practice, uninstall and re-install your MT5 terminal in case something is missing or irs corrupted or download and install a new MT5 terminal from a broker's website.

I have read all these guides. I bought it, it is not a rental. I spent quite a lot and really regret it. I did not imagine it would be so much work
