He has replied, but he just sends a link to the bot settings, he cannot help. I spent almost 500 euros on this bot.

You are not properly logged into this MetaQuotes demo account, check the bottom right corner of the MT5 terminal and also the Journal tab log.

I told you to uninstall and re-install the default MetaQuotes MT5 terminal from the link below, something in this MT5 terminal of yours is missing or its corrupted.

This is now MT4. The bot I purchased from the marketplace seems to be working, (smiling face on the top right corner) but is it?

I try to place a manual order, but I cannot, symbol window is empty and it shows a different pair than the windows''.

It says - delete it from your Metatrader, and install it once again from same Metatrader.

I have deleted the Gold Trading AI bot from MT5. The I went to My purchases on the navigator, and it doesnt show

You can close MT5 and make this procedure -

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again
