Copy trades not closed

Hi there,

i'm copying a signal here on MQL5, running on a VPS. Its been running nice over 1month but on Thursday i lost 40% of my account and i want to understand why, as the source made a nice profit on that day.
What was different than normally, is that alot of trades happened, but no new symbols were used. Also the stoploss was not touched.

What catches my eye and i've seen never before:

2024.03.11 09:26:33.004 Signal '27158455': different specification of symbol XAUUSD, signal provider has maximal volume 1000, subscriber has 500
CK 0 17:14:36.936 Signal '27158455': position [#534645263 sell 0.05 XAUUSD 2163.690] does not exist on signal provider account, trying to close

What happened to my understanding is that trades were closed only way later than the source did, that brought a huge loss.  Can anybody help me understand why this errors happened? Added the log for reference.

Are you using MQL5 VPS?

I see a lot of synchronizations and 'connecting to signal server' messages that are a sign of a poor connection.

No im using a custom one, you think this is due to the VPS?
